Refund & Exchange Policy

At The Pet Stop, your satisfaction matters to us. We want every shopping experience to be a positive one, which is why we’ve set clear guidelines for returns and refunds. Please read carefully before placing an order.


1. Returns & Exchanges

  • Items may be returned or exchanged within 3 days of receiving your order.

  • Returned items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition as received.

  • For hygiene and safety reasons, certain items (such as grooming tools, wipes, or any opened/used pet care products) are non-returnable.


2. Refunds

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.

  • Shipping costs are non-refundable, and customers are responsible for return shipping fees (unless the return is due to our error or a defective product).


3. Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the item and packaging. We will arrange for a replacement or full refund at no extra cost.


4. Order Cancellations

  • Orders can only be cancelled within 12 hours of purchase.

  • After this period, the order may already be processed/shipped and cannot be cancelled.

6. Exceptions

  • Sale items, discounted bundles, or promotional offers may be marked as final sale and cannot be returned.

  • Products showing signs of use, damage, or missing parts not due to our error will not be eligible for refund.
