At The Pet Stop, your satisfaction matters to us. We want every shopping experience to be a positive one, which is why we’ve set clear guidelines for returns and refunds. Please read carefully before placing an order.
1. Returns & Exchanges

Items may be returned or exchanged within 3 days of receiving your order.

Returned items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition as received.

For hygiene and safety reasons, certain items (such as grooming tools, wipes, or any opened/used pet care products) are non-returnable.
2. Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.

Shipping costs are non-refundable, and customers are responsible for return shipping fees (unless the return is due to our error or a defective product).
3. Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the item and packaging. We will arrange for a replacement or full refund at no extra cost.
4. Order Cancellations

Orders can only be cancelled within 12 hours of purchase.

After this period, the order may already be processed/shipped and cannot be cancelled.

Sale items, discounted bundles, or promotional offers may be marked as final sale and cannot be returned.
